Appearance: 5'11 Saiou is well built in terms of muscular structure. He has dark brown spiked hair and always wears sunglasses, even when inside. Since Saiou is into Motorcycles he wears Jeans and a leather jacket which have the sleeves cut off.
Bio: Not much is known about Saiou at this point, all that is known is that he is a Resistance Spy and has always believed that the Society's corrupt way of running things wasn't good for the people of the City.
Deck Type: Saiou uses a Spellcaster Deck that revolves around mass producing Spell Counters.
