| These devices are basically walkie talkies/cell phones but more advanced in the way that they have better reception, can have someone for miles but you can still talk to them, etc.
Used: Vindicators- Kawaguchi Zimora. When trying to contact Lorelei Kawaguchi pulls a D-Talkie out to contact her.
DarkWaters- No one has used it yet.
