S. Revolt: The Return of the Society Arc II: Invasion of Chaos

Jess held up a finger to runes mouth, "Can you smell that....." She said, "I remember that smell...Lilacs.."
She grabbed runes arm and began to pull him with her down the hallway.You know i was coming somehow...didn't you, She thought beginning to pull rune harder along the hallway with her.

"I FOUND HIM" shouted out a guard

Well previously Rune pissed off Nash and Nash put out some pretty important order to capture Rune thereby distracting most of the guards and robots

"Stop right there" said the guard cutting off their path off, "where do you think you are going" said the Guard, "we should wait for all our friends to gather"

the guard was trying to slow down them down to let the other guards catch up and capture them.

"You think..you can get in my way!" Jess yelled as she pressed a button on her duel disk, Detaching it from her wrist. She then grabbed the edge of the duel disk and slammed it into the guards face. Not pausing to see whether the guard was still conscious or not she sprinted down the hallway putting her duel disk back on, Leaving rune alone with the guard.

"OOOF, That brats going to get it" thought the guard, before the other one could get away he quickly grabbed his leg and latched onto him like a leech

"No No No, punk, someone is going to pay for hitting me in the face and i guess its going to be you, after i beat you im going to enjoy watch that girl go through the torture room" said the Guard

Rune looked wide eye at Jess as she hit im in the face with her duel disk, ''Wow.. Good one.. W-wait WHERE ARE YOU GOING!'' Jess started running away, ''Damn girl..'' the guard suddenly latched on to his leg, ''Dammit, let go of me!'' he kicked the guard in the face and started to stomp on his head as he drew his hand to the sword latched on his back.

"HEY STOP YOU PUNK" shouted the mob of guards now even closer than before to Rune. All of them running top speed charging after this one kid.

The guard grabbing the leg however at this point was feeling so bruised hurt and in pain he nearly was knocked out, the point being that he was nearly so he totally awake and about to feel even more pain.

Later in the lab

Noises of clashing metal and electricity running amok continued in the lab

"its almost done, Ive almost done it" said Dr. Nash, "Just a little bit more!!"

Rune had finaly kicked the guard off, right before the other guards came along, his i twitched as he glared over at the mob, ''Gahhhh!'' he ran straght at the mob un-latching his blade and swung it in the air nearing the mob.

Jess stopped when she reached a small wide open area."Huh..wonder what this is..."Jess said out loud.

"This....This is where we have our reunion of course.." A figure said as it walked around the corner, His face becoming clearer as he walked closer."Jack...I've waited for this day a long time...." ,Jess said as a smile formed on her face. "I see you still have mom with you..", Jack gave a small chuckle as he looked at her eye. "Yeah, ...shes still with me"Jess continued, Feeling around her waist for the side pack that had her special deck in it."So jack...howed you know i wa-" Jess got cut off as she heard a large collaboration of guards headed her way, She glanced towards the hallway then back. However when she looked back jack was no longer there..."Fine..Ill duel these bastards..but your next jack, Jess said as she slammed a deck into her duel disk, Feeling her eyes tear up...

Well Jess I am very sorry but you are horribly mistaken, what you heard was not the mob of Guards but the mob of Robots that originally was chasing rune but has classified you as a larger threat since you are now closer to Dr. Nash Lab.

"Haltttttt" said the robots who are now chasing after Jess in a large mob. If you are wondering why no other mob is chasing any other group well that is because they were not dumb enough to get caught or catch anyone's attention so far. So now most of the guards and robots are now preoccupied with other people a great time to try and capture important areas.

Jack was strolling along the hallway, Humming a tune when he stopped at the door of Nashes lab.

"Eh..that guard probably doesn't need this card anymore anyway", Jack said as he slipped it in.He walked into the lab walking towards the sounds off a talking."Hmm....so i finally get to meet the great nash". Jack said as he stopped a few meters away from the scientist.

"Who is it, I remember telling that No One is to enter my Lab while I am working" said Nash

silence.....

"Well dammit tell me who you........" said Nash but as he turned around he saw an unfamiliar face. Slightly confused and shock he took a moment to recover before he asked his questions.

"Who the hell are you, how did you get into my lab, Are you a part of society, and what do you want?" asked Nash in a serious tone realizing his life may be on the line even his final project he was working on.

"What the Hell" is all the guards could say....One dumb ass was charging at them with a large samurai sword....Dumbfounded and shocked they paused for a minute before realizing that, that idiot with the sword was coming dangerously close...

"Stop you mad man, STOP" shouted the guards as all of them got their weapons ready.

Some equipped with guns, some with clubs, and some with a kick ass samurai blade.

He continued to charge until....

"Heh heh..Call me Jack...spec ops...." Jack said as he ran his finger along one of nashes machines.

"I heard you can make things at supernatural speeds..And well..you see, I have this dear sister of mine..her duel disk is rudimentary..and..I believe you could make her a better one,"Jack said putting his hand into one of the pockets of his jacket.," Of course...i do have ideas about it...and if you refuse...well let's just say Im creative when it comes to what i do." Jack said as he pulled out a small hook.

Rune countined to run at the mob of guards as he neared them he pulled a small round orb out of his jacket. When he got close enough he jumped up and droped the orb before jumping off a guards shoulder, the orb started beeping and exploded into smoke. Rune ran down the hall catching up to Jess, then he saw the robots after her so he pull out another small orb and continued running at them.

"No tell me what you want" said Nash slightly interested by this notion, " how do you suggest we upgrade the duel disk my boy" said Nash

Nash felt some correlation with him, perhaps the fact they were both sick and crazy people. Either way Nash was now interested in this boy called Jack and couldn't wait to play with this crazy lad.

"come have a seat where we can discuss this over a cup of tea" said Nash guiding Jack.

"robots continuing to ignore Rune chased after Jess who was even closer to the lab, unfortunately she doesnt have the pass card or code to get through the door, Try again next time when you beat the GUARD, next time don't just beat the crap out of him.

"Cough cough", "what is this", "I cant see anything", "calm down men we gotta make sure no one uses a weapon we cant see through this smoke" finally one of the guard said. "But we have to chase after the intruder" said another guard, "No need anymore, just got a signal from Nash, says the robots will take care of the rest," said the head guard. "Everyone return to positions" said the head guard all leaving the smoke, or trying to find their way out.

"Devildozer attack him directly" Jess said as she defeated one of the robots with ease.Whoever created these robots is really crappy at it, Jess thought as she raised her duel disk to face another one, out of the corner of her right eye she saw rune running toward them.

*achoo* "hmm someone must be speaking badly about me" said Nash, "Oh well Hehehehe i just do love your idea Jack" said Nash. "Ok i agree to your terms, Jack ill build this torture disk of yours HEHEHHE" chuckled Nash

No sooner had he agreed Nash's hands started to work at amazing speeds. For reader information, Nash is quite a fickle man, who doesnt really do things well if he doesnt like them. If he is interested however that is a totally different subject. If he really into something he can finish it in a few hours with the best of quality.

Rune yelled at Jess, ''Hey! Jess wait up.'' he started slashing away at the small group of robots infront of him, then stoped and started skidding on the floor next to Jess. He slid past her and hit a wall and fell over, ''Ouch.'' he said rubbing his face, he got up and walked over to Jess. ''Hey! Are you crazy?! Dont run off like that..'' he scolded her. ''Now lets go find this lab now? Hmm..?''

Aran soon got his "white coat" as he swung him around the corner and easily knocked him unconcious.
"That should do." Aran said with a grin. Aran put on the scientist's clothes and proceeded to the control room. "Ok good no one notices the difference...." Aran thought to himself. As he neared the control room Aran he saw that he wasn't alone..."Ok now I just need to open this door..." Aran mummered to himself...
???: "Why hello there. Do you have the authorization to be on this floor?" asked the man.
Aran: "Huh?" Aran was taken by the man's serene disposition.
???: "Lose the disguise, I know you heard the latest announcement. Oh by the way, call me Haln.
Aran: "Fine...I heard it...so let's get this done! I am in an unbelievable hurry..." Aran raised his disk.
Haln: "You know I am an Executive, right?" Haln said firmly.
Aran: "I dont care who you are! I have people I care about to help!" Aran started to begin the duel..
Haln: "A duel would be pointless. Besides I don't duel much anyway. No time to." Haln said calmly.
Aran: "Then why are you stopping me?" Aran said a bit impatiently.
Haln: "I'm not stopping you. I merely asked if you had authorization to be here." Haln repeated.
Haln: "If not, I will have to turn you in." Haln said adjusting his glasses with his middle finger.
Aran: "Then duel me and if I beat you I get authorization." Aran challenged.
Haln: "I will not accept. Why duel when I can just report you now?" Haln spoke with vagueness.
Aran: "I know I'll just give Lizz a call. She usually has access everywhere..." Aran mumbled....
Haln "I doubt another child can give one of her buddies access to a hi format facility. Haln said.
Aran: "She's 19 and she's not a kid." Aran said without looking up from his cellphone.
Haln: "Wait...Elizabeth? As in the inheritor of her family's corporation? You know her?" Haln queried.
Aran: "Yeah. But she's away right now so I doubt she'll pick up..." Aran pondered.
Haln: "Look I have business to attend to so just go on and take this with you."
Haln dug around in his coat pocket to pulled out his deck from his dueling days and handed it to Aran. Aran took the deck and placed it into his deck holster.
Haln: "Take that and fix it up a bit would ya?" Haln said in a upbeat tone.
Haln: "Oh and most everyone is gone to the big battle anyway." Haln said firmly.
Aran: "Gone?? I need to leave too! Do you know where any of people are?
Aran described Jess, Kan, and Rune as much as he could from all that he knew from them...which, of course he didn't know much.
Haln: "Hm...Yes I know them but not the girl. She must be a new recruit. And while we are on the subject, who are you?" Haln asked with a formal yet striking tone.
Aran: "Oh I'm Aran Reiva. I came with Jess and Kan." Aran replied.
Haln: "Ah the other new recruit. Very well then take this also.
Haln handed Aran a handheld device which looked like an ordinary PDA from his other coat pocket.
Haln: "It's one of the prototypes we are testing but it has yet to actually be tested with a person. It is designed to use state-of-the-art technoligy to literally customize itself to the user simply from touch. There are so many features that will assist you but they will unlock themselves as you use it more often and "grow" with it. Haln chukled a bit.
Haln: "Well make I guess you can be on your way, and oh dont bother going on that "PDA" has the capability to track anyone within a radius of 200 meters. Just tell it who and it will scan the area and determine whether they are close or not. Well I'll see you around. But um drop on by the research center and tell us how it's working every once in a while or we'll contact you via "PDA", ok?" Haln walked away relieved that he finally got rid of those cards...like his wife told him too....
Aran: "Ok...Jess, Kan and Rune?" Aran said to the PDA.
PDA: "Greetings. I am your personal assistant." said the PDA's greeting program.
PDA: "I have located the faint heat signature of your requested person and or persons."
Aran: "Ok, which way?" Aran said finally relieved.
PDA: "126.9/3rds of your current position westbound." As the PDA showed plenty of numbers and not enough pictures for Aran...
Aran: "Um...could you simplify that?" Aran said confused.
PDA "Very well then." the PDA showed a simple axal system.
PDA "The more the numbers decrease, the closer you are to your requested targets."
Aran thought that "targets" was not the best choice of wording but it would have to do....
Aran: "Ok that'll do." Aran said as he neared his Duel Runner.
PDA: "I am compatible with the technoligy directly 5. 6 feet ahaed of you."
Aran: "Compatible? As in can unite with?" Aran said lost by the words of the PDA.
PDA: "Yes just place the PDA unit into the slot I have located at the top of the dashboard."
Aran looked above the dashboard and saw an enpty slot that seemed like it'as never been used...
Aran slid in the PDA as it fit perfectly with a click and was now a part of Aran's Duel Runner for now.
Aran: "Ok now we get going." Aran revved the Duel Runner's engine as he blazed off
Aran: "I'm coming..." Aran thought to himself.

Matt was mumbling in his sleep ''...Now!~ attack him directly and end this with Thunderbolt Splash!....'' just then Matt arose from his sleep gasping '' Where...the......heck am I?....'' He found out his arm was wrapped inside a cast and proceded to walk but his ankle seemed to be injured as well.

Things were looking bad for the Spark of Justice!

James was pacing back and forth throughout his Cell "Damn, what the hell is going on? First alarms go off then my COM-Link beeps and now I keep hearing loud noises from the floor above me..." thought James.

"Tch, let's try this method then" James took in a deep breath, "HELP! HELLO? ANYONE THERE?! I REALLY NEED TO USE THE BATHROOM!! HELLO?" James banged on the bars and pounded on the walls hoping to get a response from whoever was near by. "Dammit, this is really irritating." James looked around the room to see what he could do. "Hmm (looks at rusted bars) if I had enough force and a metal object I bet I could break those bars."

James looked around for a crowbar or a metal object strong enough to make a dent into the bars...

"Damn, there's nothing here..." said James "If only I can get to my COM-Link, who the hell put me here anyway?!" James was frustrated at his current situation not being able to do anything.

Just then a huge thud from the floor above him knocked the table where his belongings laid and spread them across the floor of the room. James noticed his Duel Disk was within an arms length...

James tried to reach his Duel Disk through the bars of the Cell "Just a bit...more..." James couldn't reach his property as he thought. "This has got to be the worst situation I have ever been in..." said James giving out a sigh.

Back in the lab Nash is working furiously on the duel disk, sounds of hammering and drilling occured for about a couple min. He mainly just modified a regular duel disk to give it a sadistic touch to it.

"Well Jack it seems that our collaboration has paid off." said Nash, "I give you the torture disk ready made to meet all your expectations" said Nash

"One question who do you plan on using this disk on first" asked Nash, "because i want to be there to see it in action Mwhahahahahaha"

Just then Matt notices Aran's letter on the table. He picked it up and read it.

''......Damnit! That guy puts me in a Hospital Bed!....now he's running away....to do something else thats more important!?......Screw these injuries!''

Just then Matt limped onto his D-wheel weakly and road off into the distance to chase Aran

Aran continued speeding throught the hallways of the enormous facility.

"This is gonna take forever at this rate...just hold on Kan...Rune...Jess."

Aran was as focused as he has ever been. "I won't just walk away from this. I won't just turn my back and leave. I'm done running, I'll take on whoever stands in my way cause I won't rest until all I care about is safe and sound." Aran lowered his body as he revved the engine faster. Just then his cell rang.

"Hello? Oh hi Kimi. Oh I'm not doing much. What's all that noise? I'm just playing a new game simulator. Um Kimi tell Kaci and Lizz I said hi cause I'm relly busy. .......What do you mean that's new??!"

Kimi laughed before hanging up her end of the call. Aran rounded curves tightly hoping he wouldn't lose his balance....while thinking of his "Battle Plan" if he needed one...
